What does La illaha Ilallah mean?

“There is no God but Allah”

I know the meaning but what gets me each day is thinking, “Do I actually practice this?” It’s the first pillar of Islam and I say it easily without any real thought but do I place things in my life above Allah? Put something or someone in His spot in my heart?

When I think more of where my money is going or my money is coming from than where my soul is going and where it came from, I’m forgetting my place and His place.

Gotta work on that.
